I charge a NON REFUNDABLE CONCIERGE FEE  for custom vacation quotes. You will receive 3 options for your desired destination. There is a time limit on any vacation quote of 21 days.  Prices and Availability are subject to change without notice until a deposit is made.  Deposits hold the price until Final Payment.  In some circumstances, we will accept installment payments at no additional charge. Many resorts charge a local resort fee which is payable onsite upon arrival and we have no control over those. Local Tourist Taxes are also separate from any booking and are payable on site on arrival.

EUROPE - FIT, $450.00  includes airport maps, Destination Guides, Arrival Guides, direct supplier assistance before/during/after travel.

CRUISES - $200* working with supplier for cabin preference, meal times, (which often means being "on hold" for up to 2 hours) *Cruises are per cabin.

CRUISES - EXTENDED OPTIONAL WORK - $375 includes airport maps, Destination Guides, insurance and airline ticketing assistance, direct supplier assistance before/during/after travel.

VACATION RENTALS $750.00  includes airport maps, Destination Guides, Arrival Guides, direct supplier assistance before/during/after travel. (For parties of 6. Over 6 people - $75 per person)

MEXICO - $300  Airline/Airport assistance and guides-maps (Cancun/Riviera Maya), Insider Guides for resorts in Cancun and RIveria Maya (not available elsewhere). Cabo San Lucas - various restaurant options, Arrival Guides and Destination Guides.

HAWAII - $350  Airline/Airport assistance and guides-maps, Island Guides for Islands- various restaurant options, Arrival Guides and Destination Guides, Tings To Do - not available elsewhere.

AIR TICKETING FEES:   DOMESTIC  $45 INTERNATIONAL  $90  FIRST OR BUSINESS CLASS  $125

Cancellation Fees - may be up to 10% of the trip cost.  Travel Insurance is strongly advised for many reasons.  If your trip is cancelled by you for a Listed Covered Reason under the specific policy, you will get a letter/invoice for Agency Cancellation Fees and amounts to include with your paper work to the insurance company to include as a cost to cancel for possible reimbursement.

PASSPORTS - must be valid for at least 6 months after date of return home. Copy of Passport must be in office before booking any type of travel as current legal names are required for booking. (Do NOT ever email)

LEGALITIES:  Please be advised that many countries, including Mexico and Canada, can and wll refuse entry to those with a former DUI, misdemeanor or felony charges. It is up to YOU to find out if you may have problems traveling or if expunged records are even viable for travel.

DRUGS:  Many drugs that may be considered legal for use in the United States are not considered legal elsewhere.  It is up to YOU as a traveler to check and be aware of this. You do not want to be come a visitor to another country's jail system.. 

NOTE:  Airport guides, Arrival Guides and Destination Guides may not be available for all countries and places you wish to travel.
